Problem:   Efficiency and reliability issues of the plant’s three reciprocating compressors resulted in significant downtime and loss of production.

Taylor Solution:  Installation of a single 250-hp CENTAC oil-free compressor with 1000 cfm of compressed air and a 1000 cfm cycling-design refrigerated dryer to eliminate moisture in the air and potential problems.
